Shipping and delivery
Custom-calculated shipping
Shipping and packing are calculated after the complete physical order is packed or accurately measured. The invoice will show the product subtotal first, followed by the final postage, packing-material, and handling amount. The order is not shipped until the complete balance is paid.
Timing
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Made-to-order and customized products may require additional preparation time. Any date discussed before payment is an estimate unless The Tank Forge confirms it in writing.
Tracking and addresses
Tracking is added to the order page when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address before payment. Contact me immediately if an address needs correction.
Local meetup
Meetups are offered only in Claremont, New Hampshire; Charlestown, New Hampshire; and Springfield, Vermont. Every meetup order includes a nonrefundable $10 travel fee and must be prepaid. The exact public meeting place and time are arranged after payment.

Returns, cancellations, and order problems
Ready-made products
Contact The Tank Forge within 14 days of delivery if you want to request a return of an unused, unaltered ready-made item. Approval is required before sending anything back. Unless the item was incorrect or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping and packing charge is not refundable.
Custom and made-to-order products
Customized, personalized, resized, color-selected, and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned because they were produced for that specific order. They remain covered if the wrong item was supplied or there is a manufacturing problem.
Damage or incorrect items
Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I will review whether repair, replacement, or refund is the appropriate solution. Do not discard shipping packaging until the claim is resolved.
Cancellations
Ask to cancel as soon as possible. An unstarted order can usually be cancelled; once materials have been purchased, customization has begun, or production is underway, cancellation may not be possible. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital downloads and licenses
Delivery
Digital products require online card payment. After payment is confirmed, the private order page displays the purchased download. No physical item, shipping option, cash payment, pickup, or meetup is included.
Download problems
Because a delivered file cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final once access is provided. If a file is corrupted, materially different from its listing, duplicated by mistake, or will not download, contact me within seven days so I can repair access, replace the file, or review an appropriate refund.
Tankforge Music Index
A TMI purchase grants one purchaser permission to install and use the application on devices they own or control. The installer or application may not be redistributed, resold, published, or shared as a download. A listing will identify the supported operating system and included version.
Digital coloring books
A digital coloring-book purchase is for the buyer's personal use. The buyer may print pages for personal coloring, but may not redistribute or resell the PDF, upload it elsewhere, or sell unmodified printed pages from it without written permission.

Privacy policy
Information collected
The site collects information a customer chooses to provide, such as name, email, phone number, shipping or meetup information, order details, messages, customization selections, and payment status. Essential session cookies keep the cart, secure forms, and administrator login working.
First-party traffic measurement
The site records privacy-limited traffic and conversion events so I can understand which pages and products are useful and whether advertising leads to carts, quotes, orders, or payments. These records may include an anonymous session identifier, page path, product, quantity, order value, referring website, and campaign tags. The analytics system does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, complete search text, or card details, and it does not send this information to a third-party advertising tracker. Analytics records are automatically removed after approximately 13 months.
Payments
Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page. The Tank Forge records the payment result and transaction references needed to manage the order, but does not store a customer's complete card number.
How information is used
I use this information to answer messages, prepare quotes, process and fulfill orders, provide downloads, send order emails, prevent abuse, keep financial records, and comply with legal obligations. I do not sell customer personal information.
Service providers
I share information only as needed with providers that operate the website, deliver email, process payment, or transport an order. Those providers handle information under their own privacy and security practices.
Retention and requests
Order and payment records are retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, disputes, and legal requirements. Messages that are no longer needed may be closed or deleted. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, email speedbump1990@yahoo.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or financial reasons.
Children
The store is intended for purchases made by adults. The Tank Forge does not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13.

General purchase terms
Listings and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product availability, filament colors, software versions, and production estimates may change. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if stock, materials, technical limitations, or listing errors prevent fulfillment; in that situation any captured payment for the unavailable item will be refunded.
Handmade and 3D-printed variation
Layer lines, small surface differences, and slight color variation are normal parts of 3D printing. Screen colors are approximate. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, printed products are decorative or general-use items—not food-contact products, safety equipment, heat-resistant equipment, or toys for unsupervised young children. Small parts can be a choking hazard.
Customer-provided requests
The customer is responsible for reviewing names, dimensions, colors, quantities, and other requested details before approving custom work. A customer must have permission to provide any logo, artwork, model, or other protected material submitted for a custom request.
Site content
The Tank Forge name, original product photography, written descriptions, software, music, coloring-book files, and other original site content may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Third-party product names and designs remain the property of their respective owners.
